Pecan Pie

3 eggs

1 cup light corn syrup

1 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup butter melted

1 teaspoon vanilla

1½ cup pecan halves

9" unbaked pie crust


1Preheat oven to 350°. Beat eggs lightly. Add corn syrup, brown sugar, butter and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in pecans and pour into pie crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes on second rack from the bottom.
