2 packages active dry yeast

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup milk

1/3 cup coconut oil

1/3 cup sugar

1 teaspoon salt

3 1/2-4 cups flour

2 eggs


1Mix as a bread dough.

2Refrigerate overnight.

3Roll out dough ½ inch thick. Cut out doughnuts with a doughnut cutter. Let rise 45 minutes.

4Cook in deep fat fryer at 375 degrees.
