

Dijon Vinaigrette

Officially there is no recipe. France's family mix to taste for every meal, not measuring anything.
I cannot notice, but France's family complains about the taste of the dressing if it sits for more than a day. That's why they make it fresh for every meal. Maille brand mustard makes all the difference.
Directions
1Combine vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper, mix well. Add oil, mix well.
2Note: The Good Seasons salad dressing jar can be used. Fill to the V-line with vinegar. Fill to the W-line with mustard. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Fill to the O-line with oil and mix well.
