Blueberry Muffins

1/2 cup softened butter

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

2 cups flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp almond extract (optional)

1 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)


3 tbsp brown sugar

1/4 tsp cinnamon


1Cream butter and sugar.

2Mix together dry ingredients then add and mix well.

3Slowly add milk and vanilla.

4Fold in blueberries.

5Fill greased muffin pan 2/3 full.

6Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for topping. Crumble topping on muffins.

7Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
