Banana Cream Pie

2/3 cup sugar

½ teaspoon salt

2½ tablespoons cornstarch

1 tablespoon flour

3 cups milk

3 egg yolks

1 tablespoon butter

1½ teaspoons vanilla

1 banana


1Mix dry ingredients. Add milk and stire. Cook on medium heat until mixture boils for one minute.

2Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Cool.

3Line bottom of baked pie shell with banana slices. Cover with filling. Chill.

4Top with whipping cream before serving.
